TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking services with Painted Fresh, you agree to the following:
1. Quotes
All quotes are based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if the condition differs from what was disclosed.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
3. Custom Work Agreement
All refinishing and painting services are considered custom work.
Once work has begun:
The client may not cancel the project.
Deposits are non-refundable.
The client is obligated to pay the remaining balance upon completion.
If a client refuses final payment:
Painted Fresh reserves the right to retain possession of the furniture.
If payment is not received within [30] days of completion notice, the client agrees the item may be considered abandoned and may be resold to recover costs.
4. Project Changes
Changes to colour, finish, or design after work has begun may not be permitted. If approved, additional charges may apply.
5. Natural Variations
Refinished furniture may show natural wood grain, texture, and character. Minor variations are not considered defects.
6. Limitation of Liability
Painted Fresh is not responsible for:
Pre-existing structural issues
Normal wear and tear after delivery
Veneer lifting, hidden damage, or wood instability discovered during refinishing that were not discussed. Painted Fresh will address and fix the issues found with re-adjustment of price for extra labour costs and products used for repairs with clients consent before moving forward.

SHIPPING / PICKUP POLICY
PICK UP & DELIVERY
Pickup and delivery services may be offered within a two hour radius of Sarnia, Ontario for an additional fee.
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Clear access to the furniture
Safe entry/exit pathways
Painted Fresh is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe access conditions.
STORAGE
Completed pieces must be picked up within [7] days of notification unless otherwise agreed. Storage fees of [$3.50/day] may apply after that period.
REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of refinishing services:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payments made toward custom work are non-refundable.
Once work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
No refunds will be issued after project completion.
By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
